Tortilla Pizza

  • 1 Whole Wheat Tortilla
  • ½ cup of tomato sauce (I use Silver Palate because it’s a very natural sauce.)
  • ½ cup of fat free mozzarella cheese
  • Toppings of your choice (I used fresh mushrooms, fresh basil and yellow peppers)
  1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees
  2. Place the tortilla on an ungreased baking sheet.
  3. Take tomato sauce and spread it evenly on the tortilla, leaving a rim around the outside
  4. Layer the cheese thinly and evenly on top of the sauce
  5. Top with vegetables, herbs or other toppings of your choice
  6. Bake until cheese is melted, about 8 to 10 minutes. (I baked mine a little longer to get the tortilla a bit more crisp.)
