Tortilla Pizza

Ingredients
- 1 Whole Wheat Tortilla
- ½ cup of tomato sauce (I use Silver Palate because it’s a very natural sauce.)
- ½ cup of fat free mozzarella cheese
- Toppings of your choice (I used fresh mushrooms, fresh basil and yellow peppers)
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 400 degrees
- Place the tortilla on an ungreased baking sheet.
- Take tomato sauce and spread it evenly on the tortilla, leaving a rim around the outside
- Layer the cheese thinly and evenly on top of the sauce
- Top with vegetables, herbs or other toppings of your choice
- Bake until cheese is melted, about 8 to 10 minutes. (I baked mine a little longer to get the tortilla a bit more crisp.)
