Healthy Eating Coaching

Lauren Abel is a certified Sports Nutrition Specialist and Weight Loss Instructor.  Lauren can advise and coach you on ways to improve your nutrition, give you general guidelines on what to eat and how to make better choices.  These consultations can be done face to face or virtually.

Healthy Lifestyle Coaching (includes both healthy eating and exercise coaching)

Lauren Abel is a certified Personal Fitness Trainer and Lifestyle Fitness Coach.  This program combines healthy eating and exercise coaching in a way that fits your lifestyle so you’re better able to meet your health, eating and fitness goals.

Label Reading and Grocery Shopping Outing

People often think they’re making healthy food choices, but many times they’re not.  Food packaging can be very misleading.  Lauren Abel can go with you to help you make better choices for yourself and your family when you do your grocery shopping.

You Are What You Eat at Home Analysis

Lauren will come to your home and go through your refrigerator, freezer and pantry to show you what’s good and what’s not so good to eat.  The goal of this is similar to the grocery shopping outing.  The purpose is to get you reading labels more effectively and making better food purchases and choices.

Personal Chef Services

If you don’t know how to cook, don’t have time to cook or just want someone else to cook for you from time to time, Lauren Abel can teach you how to cook easy, fast and healthy meals or cook them for you and your family.

Running and/or Walking Training Plan Design (with or without personal coaching)

Lauren Abel is a certified Running Conditioning Specialist.  This service is for people who want to train to run or walk any distance from 5k to an ultramarathon, but have no idea how to do that.  Lauren will create a customized plan to help you get to the starting line and the finish line healthy and happy.

Exercise Training Plan Design (with or without personal coaching)

Many people feel overwhelmed by trying to create an exercise plan.  This service eliminates that frustration and the time involved in researching and creating a plan.  Lauren Abel will create a customized plan to help you reach your personal fitness goals.
