Swai with Zesty Country Seasoning

Ingredients
- 2 thawed Swai Fillets (I get this at Kroger)
- Trade East brand Zesty Country Seasoning with no salt and no MSG (Get this at GFS)
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 450 degrees.
- Lightly spray a cookie sheet with cooking spray.
- Place the Swai fillets on the sheet.
- Sprinkle fillets with seasoning blend. (I lightly cover the entire fillet.)
- Bake fillets at 450 degrees for about 8-12 minutes depending on thickness. (Check the fillets at 8 minutes by putting a fork in the center/thickest part. The fillets are done when the fish is easy to flake with the fork.)
