Swai with Zesty Country Seasoning

  • 2 thawed Swai Fillets (I get this at Kroger)
  • Trade East brand Zesty Country Seasoning with no salt and no MSG (Get this at GFS)
  1. Preheat oven to 450 degrees.
  2. Lightly spray a cookie sheet with cooking spray.
  3. Place the Swai fillets on the sheet.
  4. Sprinkle fillets with seasoning blend. (I lightly cover the entire fillet.)
  5. Bake fillets at 450 degrees for about 8-12 minutes depending on thickness. (Check the fillets at 8 minutes by putting a fork in the center/thickest part. The fillets are done when the fish is easy to flake with the fork.)
