Spinach Salad

Spinach Salad
(This salad can be eaten as an entrée or served family style)
Recipe type: Soups and Salads
  • 5 cups of fresh baby spinach
  • 2 hard boiled eggs
  • 2-3 pieces of turkey bacon
  1. Place the baby spinach leaves on a plate or in a big bowl.
  2. Slice the hard boiled eggs (with an egg slicer if you have one or a knife)
  3. Cook the turkey bacon in the microwave until done (so it crumbles easily)
  4. Place the sliced hard boiled eggs and the crumbled turkey bacon on top of the spinach and serve with your favorite dressing. I use the Lighter, Healthier Caesar salad dressing.
