Red White and Blue Smoothie

Enjoy this for a fast, filling breakfast on the go or enjoy it like I do...after my morning run.

Serves: 2
  • 6 ounce container of Kroger Carb Master blackberry yogurt, but you can use another flavor if you prefer (I use this brand because it’s lower in sugar than other brands.)
  • 1 cup of fresh blueberries (or about half of a pint container)
  • 1 cup of fresh raspberries (I use a small container, so it’s a little more than a cup)
  • 1 cup of skim milk (use more or less depending on how thick you like your smoothie)
  1. Put fruit in blender
  2. Add yogurt
  3. Add milk
  4. Blend until smooth
