Ingredients
- 6 ounce container of Kroger Carb Master blackberry yogurt, but you can use another flavor if you prefer (I use this brand because it’s lower in sugar than other brands.)
- 1 cup of fresh blueberries (or about half of a pint container)
- 1 cup of fresh raspberries (I use a small container, so it’s a little more than a cup)
- 1 cup of skim milk (use more or less depending on how thick you like your smoothie)
Instructions
- Put fruit in blender
- Add yogurt
- Add milk
- Blend until smooth
