Herbed Swai

Ingredients
- 4 thawed Swai Fillets (I get this at Kroger)
- 2 tablespoons dried parsley
- ¾ teaspoon paprika
- ½ teaspoon dried thyme
- ½ teaspoon dried oregano
- ½ teaspoon dried basil
- ½ teaspoon ground black pepper
- 2 tablespoons lemon juice
- 1 tablespoon unsalted butter, melted
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 450 degrees.
- Lightly spray a cookie sheet with cooking spray.
- Place the Swai fillets on the sheet.
- Combine the dry herbs in a separate bowl.
- Sprinkle the herb mixture over the fish.
- Melt the butter in the microwave.
- Add the lemon to the butter make sure the two are combined.
- Drizzle the lemon butter mixture over the fish.
- Bake fillets at 450 degrees for about 8-12 minutes depending on thickness. (Check the fillets at 8 minutes by putting a fork in the center/thickest part. The fillets are done when the fish is easy to flake with the fork.)
