Herbed Swai

  • 4 thawed Swai Fillets (I get this at Kroger)
  • 2 tablespoons dried parsley
  • ¾ teaspoon paprika
  • ½ teaspoon dried thyme
  • ½ teaspoon dried oregano
  • ½ teaspoon dried basil
  • ½ teaspoon ground black pepper
  • 2 tablespoons lemon juice
  • 1 tablespoon unsalted butter, melted
  1. Preheat oven to 450 degrees.
  2. Lightly spray a cookie sheet with cooking spray.
  3. Place the Swai fillets on the sheet.
  4. Combine the dry herbs in a separate bowl.
  5. Sprinkle the herb mixture over the fish.
  6. Melt the butter in the microwave.
  7. Add the lemon to the butter make sure the two are combined.
  8. Drizzle the lemon butter mixture over the fish.
  9. Bake fillets at 450 degrees for about 8-12 minutes depending on thickness. (Check the fillets at 8 minutes by putting a fork in the center/thickest part. The fillets are done when the fish is easy to flake with the fork.)
