Herbed Swai with Sauteed Onions and Garlic

Ingredients
- 1 pound of thawed Swai Fillets (I get this at Kroger)
- ¼ cup chopped onion
- 2-3 cloves of minced fresh garlic
- 2 tablespoons unsalted butter
- ½ teaspoon dried tarragon
- ¼ teasoon of dried thyme
- Dash of black pepper
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 450 degrees.
- Lightly spray a cookie sheet with cooking spray.
- Place the Swai fillets on the sheet.
- Cook the onion and garlic in the butter until tender.
- Stir in the seasonings and cook one minute longer.
- Spread mixture over the fillets.
- Bake fillets at 450 degrees for about 8-12 minutes depending on thickness. (Check the fillets at 8 minutes by putting a fork in the center/thickest part. The fillets are done when the fish is easy to flake with the fork.)
