Ingredients
- ¾ cup fat free half and half, skim milk, almond milk or whatever you like
- 1 cup fresh or frozen strawberries
- 1 half fresh or frozen banana
- 1 tablespoon of unsweetened cocoa powder
- 1 tablespoon of chia seeds
Instructions
- Pour half and half or milk into blender
- Add the rest of the ingredients
- Blend until smooth
