Baked Swai

  • 1 pound of fresh Swai (about two large fillets)
  1. Coat a baking sheet with cooking spray and place the Swai on it.
  2. Bake in the oven at 450 degrees for about 10 minutes or until the fish is fully cooked and forks easily
  3. Top with seasonings of your choice and serve. (I use paprika for color.)
  4. Note: Swai is a reasonably priced, light and tasty fish that is a similar to tilapia, but a bit denser. I serve this with brown rice or a combination of brown and wild rice and a fresh steamed vegetable.
