Banana and Peanut Butter "Ice Cream"

All Natural Banana and Peanut Butter Dessert
(Serves 2-4 scoops/servings, depending on the size of the bananas used)

  • 2-3 very ripe bananas that have been cut into thin slices (about a quarter inch wide) and frozen (I wait until the skin gets dark or close to dark on the bananas so they are very soft, but not mushy or brown on the inside.)
  • 1 tablespoon of all natural creamy peanut butter
  1. Slightly thaw the frozen bananas and puree them in a food processor until creamy (scraping down the sides as needed)
  2. Add the peanut butter and blend completely.
  3. Serve immediately or freeze and serve later.
