Ingredients
6 ounce container of Kroger Carb Master blackberry yogurt, but you can use another flavor if you prefer (I use this brand because it’s lower in sugar than other brands.)
1 cup of fresh blueberries (or about half of a pint container)
1 cup of fresh raspberries (I use a small container, so it’s a little more than a cup)
1 cup of skim milk (use more or less depending on how thick you like your smoothie)
Instructions
Put fruit in blender
Add yogurt
Add milk
Blend until smooth
