Instructions
Freeze the fresh berries
Put the slightly thawed frozen fruit (to make it easier on your kitchen appliances) in your blender or food processor.
Blend until very smooth
Pour into a microwave and freezer safe container
Refreeze until it’s the consistency you like.
Scoop and enjoy.
Note: If the sorbet is too hard to scoop, just put the container in the microwave to soften until you can scoop it. Depending on the size of the container, this can take 30 seconds to a minute, on average.
