Grilled Lemon Basil Pork Chops

- 4 pork loin chops (one per person)
- ⅓ cup of lemon juice
- 1 tablespoon butter
- 1-2 tablespoons of dried basil (depending on your taste preference)
- Melt the butter in the microwave with the lemon juice.
- Add the dried basil to the liquid mixture.
- Brush the mixture on both sides of each chop (making sure you have plenty of basil on the entire chop on both sides)
- Grill until medium (about 7 minutes on the first side and 5 minutes on the other side.)
