Banana Split Chia Seed Breakfast Smoothie

  • ¾ cup fat free half and half, skim milk, almond milk or whatever you like
  • 1 cup fresh or frozen strawberries
  • 1 half fresh or frozen banana
  • 1 tablespoon of unsweetened cocoa powder
  • 1 tablespoon of Chia seeds
  1. Pour half and half or milk into blender
  2. Add the rest of the ingredients
  3. Blend until smooth
