Ingredients
½ cup of Old Fashioned Oats (Don’t use Quick Oats!)
2 Tablespoons of ground golden flax seed (or any ground flax seed you like)
Fresh blueberries (to top the oatmeal)
⅞ cup of water (3/4 of a cup of water and half of another quarter cup)
Instructions
Place the oats and flax seed in a microwave safe bowl and mix to incorporate the flax seed and oats together.
Add the water and cook in the microwave for 90 seconds
Stir well
Top with fresh blueberries
