Abel Fitness Training offers a variety of seminars and other programs for companies and their employees.

Lunch and Learns

This seminar is done over lunch.  Companies ask employees to bring their lunch that day or order lunch in for them.  Employees eat lunch during the presentation.  Lauren Abel will email all handouts to your company ahead of time so you can email them or make copies and distribute them to employees after the Lunch and Learn.

Learn and Burns

This is a seminar with a workout afterwards.  The workout is related to the seminar topic. It’s a walking workout since that is the exercise that most, if not all, employees are able to do regardless of their fitness level.  Lauren Abel will email all handouts to your company ahead of time so you can email them or make copies and distribute them to your employees after the Learn and Burn.

Lunch and Learn Cooking Demonstrations

The recipe(s) are demonstrated and what is demonstrated is served to all employees.  The demonstrations include the recipes with full nutritional information such as calories, protein, carbohydrates, fat, etc.  The menu is determined by the client. Menus include a variety of themes and recipes.

Wellness Program Evaluation and Design

If you have an existing wellness program, Abel Fitness Training can evaluate it and help you take it to the next level. If you don’t have an existing wellness program, Abel Fitness Training will work with you to create a customized program to meet your needs and goals.

Running and/or Walking Training Plans for Companies

This is for companies that want to train for a run/walk to enhance employee fitness, leadership training and team building.

Healthy Eating Coaching Services for Individual Employees

Lauren Abel is a certified Sports Nutrition Specialist, Lifestyle Fitness Coach and Weight Loss Instructor.  Lauren can advise employees regarding ways to improve their nutrition, give general guidelines on what to eat and how to make better choices, etc.  These consultations can be done one-on-one, face to face or virtually.  Weekly or monthly meetings with interested employees can be conducted on-site.

Exercise Training Plans for Individual Employees

Many people feel overwhelmed by trying to create an exercise plan.  This service eliminates that frustration and the time involved in researching and creating a plan.
