Baked Swai

Ingredients
- 1 pound of fresh Swai (about two large fillets)
Instructions
- Coat a baking sheet with cooking spray and place the Swai on it.
- Bake in the oven at 450 degrees for about 10 minutes or until the fish is fully cooked and forks easily
- Top with seasonings of your choice and serve. (I use paprika for color.)
- Note: Swai is a reasonably priced, light and tasty fish that is a similar to tilapia, but a bit denser. I serve this with brown rice or a combination of brown and wild rice and a fresh steamed vegetable.
